sun-salutation

A flowing yoga sequence: mountain (arms up) → forward fold → halfway lift (flat back) → forward fold → sweep back up to standing. A non-looping sequence.

How

• Reach up: *UpperArm:[0,0,∓90].
• Forward fold: deep hinge Spine:[80,0,0], arms reaching down *UpperArm:[140,0,0].
• Halfway lift: Spine:[45,0,0], flat back, gaze forward.
• Fold again, then rise to rest.
