wall-pushup

A beginner push-up done standing: place both hands forward on a wall (arms horizontal), then bend the elbows to lean the chest toward the wall and push back out. Loop.

How

• Hands on wall: both *UpperArm:[90,0,0] (straight forward), elbows straight.
• Lean in: bend elbows (LeftForearm:[0,0,-70],RightForearm:[0,0,70]), small forward hinge Spine:[10,0,0], up on the toes (*Foot:[70,0,0]).
• Push back out (elbows straight). Loop.
