Manage vector indexes, upsert and query vectors.
## Environment Variables
- `PINECONE_API_KEY` - API key
- `PINECONE_INDEX_URL` - Index URL (e.g. `https://my-index-abc123.svc.pinecone.io`)
## List indexes
