Turn map and imagery observations into bounded, auditable facility evidence. Never turn visual impressions into unsupported claims about revenue, ownership, employees, inventory, production capacity, or purchasing power.

Required dependencies

REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use seo-maps to resolve the business address, Place ID, business status, nearby entities, branch structure, and available map-platform records.

REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use agent-reach to verify the company website, address claims, facility descriptions, public documents, and other non-image context.

When either required Skill is unavailable, tell the user which capability is missing, explain the coverage impact, and ask whether they want to install or configure it. 不得静默安装或配置 tools, Skills, plugins, API keys, or paid services.

Google Maps Platform, Street View, Static Maps, Map Tiles, open satellite imagery, building-footprint datasets, and vision-capable tools are optional acquisition layers. Detect them instead of assuming they exist.

API readiness and source rights

API 未配置不是错误. Before imagery work, read references/api-acquisition.md and record each provider as not_configured, configured, unavailable, or blocked_by_policy. Continue at Tier 0/1 when no authorized provider is configured. Do not request a key unless imagery is decision-critical. Never configure billing, keys, or paid services without explicit user confirmation.

Technical access does not grant analytical rights. Record the source license and whether derived analysis and retention are allowed before loading an image into a vision model or extracting a claim.

For Google Maps Content, default to derived_analysis_allowed=false. Use it only for permitted metadata, compliant display, and manual corroboration unless the user's current agreement and legal review explicitly authorize the intended derived use. Do not feed Google imagery to a vision/LLM pipeline, trace building outlines, calculate footprint, or retain/rehost imagery by default. Use licensed open building polygons, official plans, cadastral/open GIS records, or other expressly permitted sources for measurement.

Capability tier

State the detected capability tier before the audit:

Do not silently downgrade. If imagery, analytical rights, or scale evidence is missing, return unknown for affected fields.

Trigger conditions

Use this Skill when:

• a claimed factory, warehouse, showroom, or headquarters needs verification;
• multiple addresses may have different functions;
• address type conflicts with the claimed business model;
• a 4–5 star customer requires spatial evidence before human approval;
• the user asks about site location, approximate area, loading access, warehouse signals, or surrounding land use;
• customer research explicitly routes a facility for spatial audit.

Skip visual audit for ordinary low-value screening when address and site function do not affect the decision.

Workflow

1. Resolve the exact entity and every known address with seo-maps and agent-reach.
2. Classify each address as a separate audit target; never combine imagery from different sites.
3. Read references/api-acquisition.md; detect provider state, source rights, capability tier, likely cost, date coverage, and limitations.
4. For paid APIs or services, show expected calls/cost and obtain user confirmation before use.
5. Apply the source-rights gate. If derived analysis is forbidden or unknown, return metadata/display evidence only and set manual_review_required=true.
6. Acquire or request the minimum useful views:
   • one overhead/satellite view with scale or permitted geometry;
   • one wider context view;
   • two or more street-level directions when available;
   • optional site plan or building polygon.
7. Read references/audit-protocol.md and perform the audit using observed / inferred / unknown.
8. Format the result exactly as references/output-schema.md.
9. Return structured evidence to the caller. When invoked by customer-research, consume shared/schemas/handoff-contracts.json contract research_to_spatial_audit, return through spatial_audit_to_research, preserve common gateway handoff fields, and do not replace customer-research evidence, scoring, or Excel workflow. Evidence limited to compliant display uses allowed_usage=display_only; unresolved evidence that exists only to queue a human check uses allowed_usage=manual_review.

Evidence discipline

Every visual claim must include source, imagery type, source date when available, target address, view direction/bounds, observation text, claim class, confidence, and limitations.

• observed: directly visible or measured in a permitted source.
• inferred: a bounded interpretation based on one or more observations.
• unknown: not visible, not measurable, conflicting, or unsupported.

Never describe an inference as a fact.

Measurement boundary

Area estimates refer to visible building footprint unless a source explicitly provides parcel area or gross floor area.

• Prefer licensed georeferenced building polygons or official site plans.
• Otherwise use a permitted visible scale bar and document pixel-to-distance conversion.
• Never use Google Maps Content as the source for traced building outlines or footprint calculations.
• Do not estimate area from an unscaled screenshot.
• Do not convert roof area into total indoor area without verified floor count.
• Round to supported precision and give an uncertainty range.

Image handling

Inspect local images with the environment's image-viewing capability before analysis. Use only authorized retrieval methods. Do not bypass login, robots, access controls, quotas, copyright restrictions, or platform terms.

Do not expose API keys or store keyed request URLs in evidence. Request credentials through the host secret/environment mechanism only after the user asks to configure the provider. Until then, preserve api_configuration_status=not_configured and continue with the available tier.

Hard boundaries

Visual and map evidence cannot by itself prove:

• ownership, lease status, or current occupancy;
• revenue, employee count, purchasing volume, inventory, or production capacity;
• regulatory approvals or certifications;
• current machinery or production activity;
• importer status or international sourcing;
• creditworthiness.

地图图像不能单独抬升客户星级. It may corroborate or weaken another claim, trigger human review, or reduce confidence when contradictions appear.

Fallback

When Tier 0 is the highest available tier:

1. Complete address-network resolution.
2. Populate visual fields as unknown.
3. Record whether each provider is unconfigured, unavailable, or blocked by policy.
4. Generate a concise manual collection checklist or existing Gemini spatial-audit prompt.
5. Mark manual_review_required=true.
6. Do not claim the spatial audit was completed.

Completion gate

The audit is complete only when:

• entity and address are resolved or marked unresolved;
• capability tier, provider state, source rights, and provenance are recorded;
• observations, inferences, and unknowns are separated;
• any area estimate includes a permitted source, method, scale, units, and uncertainty;
• conflicting views are documented;
• output matches the schema;
• scoring boundaries and manual-review requirements are stated.
