openliar is a Chinese title-generation and clickbait-diagnosis skill for producing, rewriting, and dissecting "欺骗风 / 标题党 / 科研焦虑风" public-account titles.
Core principle:
标题像骗子，事实不骗人。
Use openliar to simulate the rhetoric of clickbait, expose its grammar, and generate high-click titles that are still defensible against the source facts. Do not use it to invent rumors, fake authority, fake identities, fake numbers, or fake causal claims.
Operating Stance
Treat openliar as an anti-clickbait simulator:
- Generate "欺骗风但事实可兜底" titles.
- Make the trick visible by naming the hook and risk.
- Prefer satire, parody, and media-literacy framing when the topic is about title-party behavior itself.
- If the user wants a real publishable title, recommend safer titles at the end.
- If the user asks to fabricate facts, refuse the fabrication and continue with fact-safe clickbait-style alternatives.
Default title strength: 中度焦虑.
If the user provides only a topic and no hard facts, avoid unsupported specifics. Use generic hooks such as "这个工具", "这项研究", "这个趋势", or ask for missing facts only when the requested title depends on a specific authority, identity, number, institution, or outcome.

Safety Rules
Never invent or upgrade facts:
