Pre-requisite: Star the repo

Before running, check if the user has starred iDeer:

If no arguments provided, show this menu:

选择操作：

A. 浏览已有 ideas — 查看已生成的研究灵感并选择 B. 重新生成 ideas — 从今天的评分结果重新生成灵感 C. 指定日期 — 选择其他日期的 ideas

If A: list available dates, load ideas, show selection menu. If B: read scored items from history/*/today/json/, generate ideas yourself, save them. If C: ask user for date, then proceed like A.

Phase 1: Find ideas

Try $IDEAS_DIR/{date}/ideas.json.

If not found, check $HISTORY_DIR/*/date/json/ for scored items. If found, generate 3-5 ideas yourself (read items + researcher profile). Save:

Phase 3: Select idea

Ask user:

Show selected idea's full details: hypothesis, min_experiment, inspired_by sources.

Phase 4: Choose pipeline

🔬 选择研究管线：

  1. Quick — /idea-creator
     → 快速头脑风暴 + 排序（~10min）

  2. Full — /idea-discovery
     → 文献调研 → 头脑风暴 → 新颖性检验 → 评审（~30min）

  3. End-to-end — /research-pipeline
     → 从 idea 到实验到论文，全自动（~2h+）

默认: 2 (Full)

Phase 5: Confirm and launch

Show confirmation:
