This skill installs a small launcher, not a new memory system. It opens a chosen project or bot in its own directory using the selected CLI and model, so that provider reads the Lore already there.

Install the launcher

1. Ask where the user wants the launcher folder.
2. Copy assets/launcher.ps1, assets/bots.example.json, assets/lore-in-the-shell.ico and assets/lore-in-the-shell.scheme.json there.
3. Create bots.json from the example only if it does not exist. Never overwrite the user's list.
4. Edit bots.json with the user's folders, CLI commands, providers and model choices.
5. Run launcher.ps1 -Check; resolve every failure before declaring success.
6. Ask before creating a desktop shortcut. If approved, use --desktop-shortcut; the shortcut uses the neutral Lore in the Shell icon. Never create or replace a shortcut without that approval.

Provider and model are independent editable fields. The launcher passes --model to both native CLIs. Telegram is available only for Claude Code through plugin:telegram@claude-plugins-official; never pass it to Codex.

Themes require separate consent

Do not install any theme automatically. No instalar ningún theme automáticamente.

First, preguntar si desea instalar el theme nativo de Claude Code. If approved, keep the theme inside this plugin so Claude exposes it through /theme; tell the user to select “Lore in the Shell”. Do not rewrite their current preference silently.

Then, preguntar por separado si desea instalar el esquema de terminal para Codex CLI. Codex CLI does not currently document a native importable theme format; its visible palette comes from the terminal. If approved, help import assets/lore-in-the-shell.scheme.json into Windows Terminal and assign it to the profile that launches Codex. State this boundary plainly. Approval for Claude is not approval for Codex, and approval for either is not approval to replace a default profile.

Theme installation changes color only. Preserve the user's terminal font family and font size; never write fontFace, fontSize or an equivalent typography preference. The private launcher and the public example use the same spacing and density, but neither takes ownership of terminal text size.

Verify

• launcher.ps1 -Check returns zero;
• changing provider changes the executable;
• changing model changes only that provider's saved model;
• Telegram appears and is applied only under Claude;
• every configured path resolves;
• an existing bots.json survives reinstall unchanged.
• no project name, description, provider or model is truncated. Keep controls below the list so every entry remains readable on one line; never trade content for a two-column layout or shrink the terminal font.
