- Never force-delete: Avoid
helm uninstall without explicit user confirmation
- History preservation: Keep release history for rollback (

Anti-Hallucination Rules
- NEVER assume resource names — always discover via CLI/API in Phase 1 before referencing in Phase 2.
- NEVER fabricate metric names or dimensions — verify against the service documentation or
--help output.
- NEVER mix CLI commands between service versions — confirm which version/API you are targeting.
- ALWAYS use the discovery → verify → analyze chain — every resource referenced must have been discovered first.
- ALWAYS handle empty results gracefully — an empty response is valid data, not an error to retry.

Common Pitfalls
- Helm 2 vs 3: Helm 3 has no Tiller -- ensure correct version context
- Namespace mismatch: Release is namespace-scoped -- always specify
-n correctly
- Values merge:
--set overrides file values -- order matters, last wins
- CRD management: Helm does not update CRDs on upgrade -- handle manually
- Secret storage: Default storage is Kubernetes secrets -- sensitive data may be exposed via
helm get values
