FAILURE MODES
Schema Bloat

Privilege Creep
- Symptom: Child agents gradually request higher privileges than parent

Sandbox Escape
- Symptom: Agent attempts file access outside permitted patterns
- Detection:

Trust Mismatch
- Symptom: High-trust agent assigned strict isolation or vice versa

Resource Starvation

Expert Insight: Novice might allow moderate isolation since it's "just reading a file." Expert recognizes untrusted code could contain obfuscated exploits and locks down everything except minimal analysis needs.

Decision Process:
- Parent isolation: MODERATE (established workflow)
- Child task: Process customer data (CONFIDENTIAL sensitivity)
- Inheritance rule: Child ≥ Parent restrictiveness
