Prerequisites

• GitHub CLI: gh installed
• Authenticated gh session: gh auth status should show you’re logged in
  • For private repos, your token needs appropriate scopes (typically repo).
• Python: 3.12+
• uv (recommended): https://github.com/astral-sh/uv
