Process
- Step 1: Gather subject matter, source material, and target tool (Anki, Quizlet, etc.)
- Step 2: Extract key concepts, terms, and relationships from source material

- Step 4: Formulate cards following atomic principle: one concept per card

Questions to Ask the User First

1. UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU MEMORIZE
Never make a flashcard for something you don't understand.
Flashcards are for retention, not initial learning.
2. ONE CONCEPT PER CARD (The Atomic Principle)
BAD: "List the 5 causes of World War I"

3. KEEP IT SIMPLE

Card shown at short intervals (1min, 10min, etc.)
If you get it right at all learning steps, it "graduates"
Graduating interval: typically 1 day
REVIEW PHASE:
Each time you see a card, you rate it:
Again (1): Reset to learning phase
Hard (2): Interval multiplied by 1.2
Good (3): Interval multiplied by ease factor (typically 2.5)
Easy (4): Interval multiplied by ease factor x 1.3
EXAMPLE PROGRESSION (Good every time, ease = 2.5):
Day 1 --> Day 3 --> Day 8 --> Day 20 --> Day 50 --> Day 125 --> ...
If you press "Again," the card's ease factor decreases,
making future intervals shorter (harder cards are shown more often).
LEECHES:
Cards you fail repeatedly (8+ times) are "leeches"
