Common Error Keywords to Watch For
When analyzing logs, look for these patterns:
ENOMEM, heap out of memory, OOMKilled → memory issues
ETIMEDOUT, ECONNRESET, ECONNREFUSED → network issues
No space left on device, ENOSPC → disk issues
rate limit, 403 Forbidden, 429 Too Many Requests → API throttling
npm ERR!, pip install.*failed, Could not resolve → dependency issues

Severity Criteria
- critical: >20% failure rate on a key workflow, or a recurring failure blocking deployments
- major: 5-20% failure rate, or flaky tests causing regular CI reruns (wasted time + developer frustration)
- minor: <5% failure rate but with a clear fix, or reliability improvement for edge cases
- info: Proactive suggestion (add timeout, add retry) where no failure has occurred yet but risk is evident
Data Files
Usage statistics JSON contains:
conclusion_counts: how many runs ended in success/failure/cancelled
per_workflow: per-workflow success rate and avg duration
per_job: per-job success rate, avg duration, avg queue wait
slowest_steps: top 10 slowest steps with job name and duration
Jobs data JSON contains per-run job details with step-level timing.
Failure logs JSON contains error logs extracted from failed runs — this is your primary data source for root cause analysis.
