The partner sees the creator's name repeatedly before receiving the proposal. By the time the ask lands, the partner already knows the creator isn't a stranger. Operators who skip this phase are trading long-term partner reputation for a shot at a cold-ask conversion — usually a bad trade below Tier 2 partner ceiling.
9. WHY Model Economics Conservatively?
A proposal with inflated numbers reads as junior the moment the partner runs their own math. Conservative + specific beats optimistic + round.
