## Microsoft Capability Family
**Azure / Monitor / App Insights**
## Purpose
Validate diagnostic settings, Application Insights, alerting rules, and Log Analytics workspace covering all platform services.
## Required Repo Evidence

- `docs/evidence/<stamp>/azure-observability/`

## Workflow
1. Classify under Azure / Monitor / App Insights
