# Brief the members ## What it does Tells every member, on joining and on every phase change, which pattern the session is in now, what remains planned, and the member's own part in it. The current phase and their position, never the standard's whole catalogue. ## Where it happens The agent does this in one activity across one reference process. It keeps no second copy and produces no minutes document, because the record already holds everything it did, signed, ordered and attributable - a separate minutes document would be a weaker copy of the books.
