If /home/github/build/failed/rd3_ci/run_wrapped.sh exists, it is a local CI replay shim for reproducing the failed job's command environment. Use it for repo-local validation commands whose behavior depends on the same bootstrap path, and keep the wrapper logs with the failed-run artifacts.
