Runtime Diagnostic Helper
python scripts/_run.py reports local runtime metadata for troubleshooting the stock quote script, for example Python environment, working directory, and configured environment variable names. It is not needed for ordinary quote or indicator analysis. Run it only when the user asks to debug data source setup, and disclose that it prints environment key names.
