Project Rules
- Immutability — prefer returning new instances over mutation
- TDD — write tests before implementation
- 80% coverage minimum
- Many small files — 200–400 lines typical, 800 max
- Remove debug logging before merging
- Proper error handling with try/catch
- Input validation with Pydantic/Zod
