neohaskell-feature-pipeline

The top-level ENTRY POINT and orchestrator for building a whole feature in a NeoHaskell event-sourced / CQRS app, end to end. Use when the user wants to add, build, implement, or design a WHOLE feature, start a new NeoHaskell project, or fix a bug in already-deployed NeoHaskell code — even when they only say 'add a wishlist', 'let members reserve books', 'implement checkout', or 'there is a bug in PlaceOrder in prod'. Also use whenever they are UNSURE which NeoHaskell skill to reach for, ask what order the steps go in, or how the pieces fit. It drives the full pipeline (augment the request, model the events, verify the model, then build each slice test-first) and routes to the right specialized skill at each step. Do NOT use for a single named step already scoped by the user — defer to augment- feature-request, event-modeling, verify-event-model, neohaskell-outside-in-tdd, the write-* test skills, the implement-* skills, or wire-feature when only that one artifact is requested.
