• Detect shipped locales from the immediate subdirectories of content/blog_translations.
• If repo prose and locale directories disagree about which languages ship, trust the directories.
• Unless the user explicitly scopes the task to fewer languages, apply the copy change to every shipped locale in the same turn.
• If a shipped locale is missing the corresponding file, create it.
• For blog posts, treat content/blog/<slug>.md as canonical and update content/blog_translations/<locale>/<slug>.md for every shipped locale.
• Keep localized copy idiomatic, but preserve the source meaning and concrete claims.
• Keep Spanish localized copy Rioplatense.
• Keep blog companion slugs, frontmatter dates, and sources aligned with the English source unless the task explicitly changes them.
