hotpath-rs

Configure hotpath profiling in a Rust project. Adds the hotpath dependency with feature-gated setup, instruments main with hotpath::main, functions with measure/measure_all, and wraps channels, mutexes, rw_locks, streams and futures with hotpath macros.
