| description | Seventh stage of the SEO pipeline: for one selected topic, find the value proposition and winning angle, and produce a complete SEO writing Brief. Corresponds to the v2 flowchart step 「選擇主題:設計 Brief」. Triggers when the user hands over a Topics handoff packet, provides reference articles/forums/expert opinions, or says 「寫 Brief」. Only writes the Brief — does not design the outline and does not write the article. |

SEO Brief Writer
npx skills add https://github.com/peter-tu-zynkr/zynkr-skill-builder --skill seo-brief-writer
Seventh stage of the SEO pipeline, corresponding to the flowchart step "find the value proposition and winning angle + write the Brief". It first breaks down what makes this topic's "ceiling article" (the strongest result on the SERP) work, identifies the key angle Zynkr needs to win on, then produces a Brief that can be fed directly into the outline and writing stages.
Resources you'll use
Knowledge source: The rubrics/templates this skill uses should be read first from the SEO Knowledge Base's "01 Rubrics & Templates" (Drive, via the google-workspace MCP, search by name); if unavailable, fall back to the local ./references/. See the mapping table in seo-article-pipeline/seo-pipeline-config.md.
- Ceiling article features:
./references/ceiling-article-features.md
- Winning-angle review sheet / scoring sheet:
./references/winning-key-scoring.md
- Brief template:
./references/brief-template.md
- SEO Knowledge Base folder ID:
<your-seo-kb-folder-id>; seed knowledge and first-hand material live in the 02 Seed Knowledge subfolder — use search_drive_files to pull it in to support your judgment
Step 1 — Receive the topic + reference material
Read SEO_PACKET ▸ Topics and lock onto one topic. If the user provides reference articles / forum Q&A / expert opinions (an article reference pack), fold them into the analysis. You can use search_drive_files to pull seed knowledge and supplement first-hand material.
Dig into the FULL transcript — don't stop at the summary (quality over tokens). First-hand sources in the knowledge folder are often curated summaries (逐字稿_… Docs) that carry only a ~300-字 digest and end with a 來源: hyperlink to the real source Doc, whose verbatim transcript lives in a tab named 逐字稿. A summary is NOT enough for decision-first evidence. For every source you'll lean on:
- Read the summary to decide it's relevant.
- Resolve its
來源: hyperlink → open the source Doc → read the full 逐字稿 tab (get_drive_file_content flattens tabs; if a doc returns only notes, use get_doc_as_markdown / manage_doc_tab to reach the 逐字稿 tab).
- Pull verbatim detail — exact quotes, real numbers, the actual before/after moment — into the Brief. Paraphrase reconstructed from a summary reads generic and is the #1 quality leak. Peter's standing instruction: burn the tokens, read the transcript.
For a large sweep, delegate the transcript trawl to a sub-agent and keep only the mined verbatim nuggets.
Step 2 — Analyze the ceiling articles
Per ./references/ceiling-article-features.md, dissect the 2–3 strongest results on the SERP: coverage points, structure, depth, gaps.
Step 3 — Find the winning angle and value proposition
Score per ./references/winning-key-scoring.md and decide what this piece will win on (prioritize a decision-first angle: a sharper question + real trade-offs + a clear recommendation; first-hand experience as supporting evidence), then write a one-sentence value proposition.
Step 4 — Produce the Brief
Apply ./references/brief-template.md: target keyword, search intent, target reader (persona), value proposition, winning angle, must-cover points, first-hand material, CTA (B2B discovery first), AEO requirements, language (zh-TW + whether a flagship EN version is needed).
Step 5 — Human verification and augmentation (HITL)
Corresponds to "verify and augment". Give the Brief to the user to add first-hand information / correct the direction, and save it once confirmed.
Step 6 — Hand off
SEO_PACKET ▸ Brief
<complete Brief, per the brief-template fields>
Brief confirmed; ready to hand off to seo-outline-designer to design the outline and FAQ.
Outputs
One SEO writing Brief (SEO_PACKET ▸ Brief + the Drive working file "SEO 撰寫 Brief").
Limitations
Does not design the outline (next stage), does not write the article. When first-hand material is insufficient, mark [需 Peter 補] rather than fabricating cases.
