GEO Query Bundle Deep Report

Overview

정해진 query bundle을 받아 ChatGPT 웹 실측, citation 정규화, signal hypothesis, reverse-engineering probe, 탭형 HTML 보고서까지 이어지는 배치형 GEO 분석 워크플로우다.

Core principle: 이 스킬은 특정 로컬 경로에 묶이지 않는다. 프로젝트별 실행 파일은 pipeline-map으로 연결하고, 보고서 계약은 이 스킬 패키지 안의 문서로 고정한다.

When to Use

• 사용자가 정해진 쿼리뭉치, query bundle, 질의 세트를 파라미터로 주고 GEO 보고서를 원할 때
• ChatGPT 웹 기준으로 실제 인용 패턴을 측정해야 할 때
• 결과물을 재실행 가능한 batch_dir와 HTML 보고서로 남겨야 할 때
• 식당 GEO처럼 원문, 노출 식당, 인용 URL, probe까지 함께 분석해야 할 때

Do not use this skill for:

• API 기반 OpenAI 실험
• 단발성 쿼리 1건 저장
• 단순 요약만 필요한 작업

Package Contents

pipeline_map_path는 이 스킬이 실행 환경에 종속되지 않게 만드는 핵심 입력이다.

Pipeline Map

프로젝트별 실제 스크립트 경로는 스킬 안에 하드코딩하지 않는다.

대신 templates/pipeline-map.example.yaml 형식으로 매핑한다.

필수 stage 키:

선택 stage 키:

• queue_probes
• collect_probes

queue_probes, collect_probes가 비어 있으면 queue_main, collect_main을 재사용한다.

Query Bundle Contract

query bundle은 JSON 배열이어야 하며, 각 항목은 최소 아래 필드를 권장한다.

Core Workflow

1. pipeline_map_path를 읽어 프로젝트별 실행 파일을 해석한다.
2. query_bundle_path를 기준으로 main batch를 queue한다.
3. main batch를 collect하고 conversation-results.json과 raw-dumps/를 만든다.
4. citation을 추출하고 정규화한다.
5. query-summary, signal-hypotheses, expansion-decision을 만든다.
6. reverse-engineering probe를 생성한다.
7. probe를 실제로 queue/collect한다.
8. restaurant-exposure-index, citation-url-index를 만든다.
9. report.html과 final-analysis-report.html을 만든다.

상세 필수 산출물과 HTML 요구사항은 contracts/deep-report-contract.md를 따른다.

Deep Report Rules

• deep report에서는 probe 실행이 선택사항이 아니다.
• 최종 사용자용 산출물은 final-analysis-report.html이다.
• 최종 HTML에는 아래 탭이 모두 있어야 한다.

Common Mistakes

Red Flags

• 이 프로젝트에서는 경로를 그냥 SKILL.md에 박자
• pipeline map 없이도 대충 찾으면 된다
• probe는 옵션으로 두자
• HTML은 요약본 하나만 만들자
