Sentry error monitoring and issue tracking
## When to Activate
- Use **sentry** from an MCP-aware client
- Official Core tasks that sentry supports
- Register sentry via `claude mcp add` or `.mcp.json`
## Installation
sentry is an MCP server (stdio transport). Register it with Claude Code:

```
