Before running any bundled script, the agent must verify that env.local exists in the skill root. If env.local is missing, stop immediately and print a console message telling the user to copy env.sample to env.local and fill in the required API settings. Only read configuration from this skill folder's env.local. Do not inspect or rely on system environment variables for API keys. If execution fails, print the failure log to the console and stop. Do not try to auto-fix the environment, generate helper scripts, or rewrite scripts as a recovery step.

If running the scripts for the first time and dependencies are missing, create a virtual environment and install:
