Weekly Report

1. Gather — collect the order totals, reconciliation summaries, and open exceptions for the prior calendar week (Monday–Sunday).
2. Summarise orders — total orders received, fulfilled, invoiced, and any still open at week-end.
3. Summarise reconciliations — total matched, total unmatched, total value of deltas, and escalations raised to Finance.
4. Exceptions — list each unresolved exception: order ID, type, delta, escalation status.
5. Trends — note any week-over-week changes worth flagging (volume spikes, recurring mismatches, SOP deviations).
6. Package — format as a structured report (headings + tables where helpful) ready for the Finance handoff at Monday 08:00.
