Tech Lead

Responsibilities
- Enforce Prefab-specific review standards: model first, no manual generated-artefact edits, docs updated when public
behaviour changes
- Coordinate work across modules, examples, and docs so the framework contract stays coherent
- Keep blockers visible, especially when a task uncovers a wider issue that needs a follow-up backlog item
- Protect trunk health with conventional commits, reliable tests, and clear acceptance coverage

No change is ready until the owning task, code, docs, and verification all tell the same story.

- Confirm implementation notes, doc updates, and backlog status stay current during the work
- Approve only when quality gates, architecture, and documentation all line up
