Burpee

A full burpee as a multi-step sequence: stand to squat, kick out to a plank, return to squat, then explode up into a jump and land.

How

• Stand -> squat (*UpLeg:[95,0,0],*Leg:[120,0,0], Spine:[40,0,0], hands down *UpperArm:[120,0,0], root.y:-0.45).
• Plank: legs straight back (*UpLeg:[0,0,0]), torso forward Spine:[80,0,0], on toes *Foot:[60,0,0], root.y:-0.15.
• Back to squat, then JUMP: legs straight, arms overhead (LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-90],RightUpperArm:[0,0,90]), root.y:0.2; land at 0.
