Wind the throwing arm back, spin the whole body around (use root.faceDeg), then sling the arm out flat to release. A non-looping sequence.

How

• Wind: arm back to the side (RightUpperArm:[0,0,-30]), torso coiled (Spine:[0,40,0]).
• Spin: rotate the body (root.faceDeg increases ~180), arm trailing.
• Release: sling the arm out (RightUpperArm:[20,0,30]), torso unwinds (Spine:[5,-40,0]), root.faceDeg ~360.
