get-down-to-floor

Go from standing to down on the floor. Combine a folded-leg pose with a deep root.y drop so the body settles to the ground.

How

• Single pose + root: fold the legs under (UpLeg:[80,0,0],Leg:[120,0,0] both) and tip the torso slightly forward (Spine:[20,0,0]); drop root.y deep (~-0.8) so the body reaches the floor.
• The rig turns about the vertical axis only, so a fully horizontal lie is stylized as a deep folded low pose — read it as "down on the floor".
• Use a slow, heavy durationMs (~1400–1800). Do NOT add moveTo (a root drop and moveTo can't both apply in one Action).
