Jab

A fast lead-hand straight punch. Start in a guard (both forearms up by the face), shoot the left arm straight out, then return to guard.

How

• Guard: LeftUpperArm:[80,0,30],LeftForearm:[0,0,-120], RightUpperArm:[80,0,-30],RightForearm:[0,0,120].
• Jab: extend the left arm forward (LeftUpperArm:[90,0,0],LeftForearm:[0,0,0]) with a small torso turn Spine:[0,10,0].
