Jog on the Spot

A light stationary jog: alternate small knee lifts with bent arms pumping. Loops and stays in place — for actual travel use walk.

How

• One knee up at a time (RightUpLeg:[45,0,0],RightLeg:[75,0,0]), other leg at rest; bent elbows pumping in opposition (forearm folded forward).
• Small hop root.y:0.04; alternate sides each half-cycle.
