A single maximum-height vertical jump, in place (no horizontal travel). Just a big root.y arc with a crouch-load and a soft landing.

How

• Use a sequence with loop:false. Do NOT change x/z/faceDeg — only root.y.
• Beats: deep crouch (root.y:-0.25, knees bent, arms back), explode up (root.y:~0.6, legs extended to rest, arms overhead LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-90]/RightUpperArm:[0,0,90]), land soft (root.y:0, knees flex briefly then rest, arms back to rest).
• durationMs ~900–1200.
