Raise a curled fist in front of the face/door and rap it forward and back a couple of times.

How

• Fist up: RightUpperArm:[90,0,0],RightForearm:[0,0,80], fingers curled into a fist (RightIndex1/RightMiddle1/RightRing1/RightPinky1:[80,0,0]).
• Knock: bring the forearm in (RightForearm:[0,0,55]) and back ([0,0,80]).
• loop:2 for a double knock.
