Twist

The Chubby-Checker twist: rotate the torso left and right with the knees bouncing and the bent arms swinging in counterpoint. Loops.

How

• Twist with Spine Y (±25) and Chest Y (±15).
• Keep the elbows bent and arms out a little; bounce the knees (*Leg ~15) with a small root.y dip.
• Alternate the twist each half-cycle. loop:true.
