Groundswell Juice Co. — Marketing Operations Brief
When to use this skill
Use this when generating the recurring internal summary of Groundswell marketing
activity for leadership visibility — this is a status summary for humans to act
on, not a publish-ready document, and not something that goes to customers.
Process
- Read
references/gsj-marketing-ops.xlsx:
- Campaigns tab for active campaign status
- Content Calendar tab for what published vs. what's scheduled this week
- Blockers tab for anything stalled, and who owns it
- Summarize into four sections: Campaign Status, Content Pipeline, Blockers,
Needs Decision.
- Keep each section to 3-5 bullet points. Flag anything overdue explicitly —
don't bury a missed date in neutral language.
- Write plainly. This is an internal operations document, not marketing copy —
brand voice rules don't apply here.
Output format
Markdown or plain text, four sections:
- Campaign Status — one line per active campaign
- Content Pipeline — published vs. scheduled this week
- Blockers — anything stalled, with owner
- Needs Decision — items requiring leadership input this week
Notes
Flag uncertainty rather than guessing at a campaign's status. If the tracker
doesn't say, say that it's unclear rather than assuming "on track."
