2. Hyphens not underscores
3. Version numbers: v01, v02, v03
4. Descriptive: interview-joshua-final-v03.mov
5. No spaces or special characters
6. ISO date format if needed: 2026-05-13-card-shoot-01.mov

Editing project organization

1. Sequences for each video version
2. Bins for: footage, audio, music, graphics, etc.
3. Color labels for: rough, edited, final, exported
