# Supply-chain logistics method ## Workflow 1. Freeze products, locations, horizon, service targets, decision owner, allowed sources, and prohibited actions. 2. Record observations, documented claims, assumptions, inferences, unknowns, and decisions separately. 3. Run demand/inventory, transport/constraints, and disruption/risk analysis independently. 4. Join all reports into comparable base, upside, downside, and contingency scenarios. 5. Evaluate service, cost assumptions, lead time, concentration, reversibility, and verification evidence. 6. Publish triggers, owners, approval gates, monitoring measures, rollback paths, and open questions. ## Boundaries - Do not purchase, sell, allocate, book, dispatch, move inventory, contact counterparties, or submit customs actions. - Do not present scenarios as predictions or certify trade and regulatory compliance. - Use `assets/logistics-control-tower.md` for the final pack. ## Authorship Clean-room OpenCorvus method.
