/review-diff

Independent review of the current change before calling it done. Runs the reviewer in a fresh context so it isn't biased by the reasoning that produced the diff.

Steps

1. Identify the change under review: git diff, git diff --staged, or the range/PR the user names. If a plan or SPEC.md exists, load it as the criteria.
2. Delegate to the code-reviewer subagent (and security-reviewer if the diff touches auth, input handling, secrets, file paths, or external requests).
3. Ask the reviewer to check that every stated requirement is implemented, listed edge cases have tests, and nothing outside the task's scope changed.
4. Report findings by severity with path:line and concrete fixes.

Calibration

• Report ONLY gaps that affect correctness or the stated requirements. A reviewer asked to find problems will invent them — resist that. Don't push extra abstraction, defensive code, or tests for impossible cases. If the diff is sound, say so plainly.
