何时不要用

• 涉及用药、剂量、处置决策，或孕产/儿童/急症 —— 用 clinical_guideline
• 需要 PubMed 文献综述 —— 用 deep_research

底层实现

Milvus 检索，filter_type="health_topic"（语料 2576 块）。速度 <1 秒。
