Diagnose the codex-bridge runtime.

Steps

1. Run node "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/codex-bridge.mjs" doctor. The human-readable report is on stderr; the exit code is 0 when healthy.
2. If $ARGUMENTS contains --server start|stop|status, also run codex-bridge.mjs server start|stop|status and report the result. The shared server is a loopback codex app-server --listen ws://127.0.0.1:<port>; runs use it with --via ws or when shared_server: true is set in .claude/codex-bridge.local.md.
3. Summarise: version, auth type and plan, default model and available effort tiers, warnings. For "not installed" say npm install -g @openai/codex; for "not logged in" say codex login.
4. Mention where project settings go (.claude/codex-bridge.local.md, template in the plugin's examples/) only if the user asks how to change defaults.
