This skill should be used whenever the user asks to "use codex", "ask codex", "delegate to codex", "second opinion from codex/gpt", "have codex review", "run this in codex", "codex workflow", "let gpt implement", or wants OpenAI Codex involved in review, planning, implementation, research, or a Workflow, and when deciding whether a task is better handed to Codex than done in Claude.
Get a read-only second opinion from Codex on a question, design, hypothesis, or diagnosis. Use for "/codex-bridge:consult <question>".
Run a Codex fan-out (review panel, adversarial verify, implement-then-verify) with the native runner, with no Claude agents in the loop. Use for "/codex-bridge:workflow <goal>".

Diagnose the codex-bridge runtime.
node "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/codex-bridge.mjs" doctor. The human-readable report is on stderr; the exit code is 0 when healthy.$ARGUMENTS contains --server start|stop|status, also run codex-bridge.mjs server start|stop|status and report the result. The shared server is a loopback codex app-server --listen ws://127.0.0.1:<port>; runs use it with --via ws or when shared_server: true is set in .claude/codex-bridge.local.md.npm install -g @openai/codex; for "not logged in" say codex login..claude/codex-bridge.local.md, template in the plugin's examples/) only if the user asks how to change defaults.
