Share a Formidable skill

Tell the user that accepted skills become public through the vercel-labs/skills CLI.

1. Get the source repository, source path, tracked ref, and skill name.
2. Resolve the tracked ref to a full commit.
3. Review the source skill for secrets, personal configuration, and unsafe files. Stop and report a problem instead of changing the source skill.
4. Copy the complete source folder without changes to skills/formidable/<skill-name>/.
5. Add or update the skill entry in references/skill-sources.json. Record the source repository, source path, tracked ref, resolved commit, destination, and license reference.
6. Store required upstream license text under references/licenses/. Do not add source, update, or license files inside the copied skill.
7. Run npx skills add . --list. Confirm that the copied skill appears, then review the full diff.

Never commit, push, or open a pull request unless the user explicitly asks.
