Tell the user that accepted skills become public through the
vercel-labs/skills CLI.
skills/formidable/<skill-name>/.references/skill-sources.json. Record the
source repository, source path, tracked ref, resolved commit, destination,
and license reference.references/licenses/. Do not
add source, update, or license files inside the copied skill.npx skills add . --list. Confirm that the copied skill appears, then
review the full diff.Never commit, push, or open a pull request unless the user explicitly asks.
