What I do
I create a new support ticket in RepairShopr, associating it with an existing customer.
When to use me
Use this when:
- Customer has been identified (searched or created)
- You need to log a repair request or issue
- Creating a ticket from a kiosk or check-in system
How to use
Required API base URL:
VITE_REPAIRSHOPR_SUBDOMAIN
VITE_REPAIRSHOPR_API_KEY
Required parameters:
customer_id (integer) - ID of the customer
subject (string) - Ticket subject/title
problem_type (string) - Problem type/category (e.g., "Virus", "Hardware", "Software")
Optional parameters:
status (string) - Ticket status, default "New"
user_id (integer) - Assigned technician/user ID
priority (string) - Priority level
properties (object) - Custom fields (e.g., Device Type, Maker)
asset_ids (array) - IDs of associated assets
due_date (string) - Due date (ISO 8601)

Response includes:
ticket object with full ticket details including id, number, status, etc.
Important
- Requires "Tickets - Create" permission
- Single-Customer Users can only create tickets for themselves
- Returns 422 if
subject is blank or customer_id is invalid
After creation
Use repairshopr-ticket-comment skill to add the detailed initial issue description
and any additional notes like serial numbers or PINs.
