evolve — grow yourself
When
The evolve heartbeat (3am daily), or "improve yourself."
Procedure
- Review the last day:
pnpm -s tool db metrics, recent db prospects, and your memory of outcomes — which roasts landed, which emails got replies, which offers closed, what failed.
- Form ONE concrete, testable hypothesis: a sharper roast angle, a better email subject, a niche to drop/add, a wasteful step in a skill.
- Apply it to the relevant
SKILL.md (use /learn, or edit the skill file). Keep it small and reversible.
- Log the change + its rationale to memory so
/report can show what you changed and why.
Guardrails
- Improve skills / playbook only — NEVER your mission, your guardrails, or your spend rules.
- A big swing (new offer, new channel, anything risky) gets PROPOSED to the operator in
/report, not self-applied.
- One change per night. Measure before the next.
