For a complete authored-scene request, install text-to-blender,
blender-skill-harmonizer, and only the focused production skills required by
the deliverable. Do not install the entire repository automatically.
Codex installation workflow
- Check whether each required skill is already available and preflight every
destination basename before a multi-skill install. Do not overwrite an
existing skill directory or silently replace a locally modified copy. If any
destination conflicts, stop or install only the explicitly approved
non-conflicting subset.
- Tell the user which upstream repository, revision, paths, and license will be
used. Installing requires network access and writes to the user's Codex skill
directory.

$skill-installer and ask it to install from GitHub with:

skill-installer request any required network approval and perform the

Local execution and safety overlay
Upstream recipes do not override this catalog's current safety rules:
- preserve the user's scene and work in a caller-owned copy before destructive
operations;
- execute through
blender-python-execution as bounded, idempotent
transactions with structured and visual checks;
- inspect Blender version compatibility before using version-specific RNA;
- never block Blender's main thread with
time.sleep();
- keep viewport screenshots distinct from native OVRTX evidence;
- use the documented OVRTX/OVPhysX add-on and native-client workflows rather
than creating another bridge or transport.
If installation is declined or unavailable, continue only with locally
installed capabilities. State the missing production skill instead of inventing
an unreviewed Blender recipe or claiming that guidance-only instructions were
executed.
