<essential_principles>
MANDATORY: Consult the adjacent usage.json at <cli-tools-root>/_repo/skills/<tool>-cli/usage.json before executing ANY amazon command.
This file contains complete command syntax, all arguments, all options, and usage instructions for every command. Never guess at command syntax.
Evidence commands require a saved browser session. If authentication is missing, run `amazon auth login` and complete the visible login flow. In non-interactive automation without stdin or `/dev/tty`, finish the login in the opened browser window, then close that browser window so the CLI can capture the session. Do not invent order, purchase, receipt, or subscription details.
Before running any `amazon orders ...` evidence command, run `amazon auth status` in JSON mode and parse the browser-session status. `amazon auth status` exits `0` when at least one profile is authenticated and exits `2` when no profile is authenticated; it still writes the JSON status report to stdout. In automation, capture stdout and the exit status together, parse stdout even when the exit status is `2`, and treat exit status `2` plus `profiles[].credential_types.browser_session.authenticated: false` as `AUTH_BLOCKED: amazon browser session is not authenticated`, not as a tool failure. If no profile has `credential_types.browser_session.authenticated` set to `true`, stop cleanly, report `AUTH_BLOCKED: amazon browser session is not authenticated`, and do not run the `orders` command.
- `auth`: Authentication commands for Amazon browser-session login, status, testing, logout, and profiles.
- `orders`: Order evidence commands for visible order-history lines and transaction evidence matching.
- `cache`: Cache commands for cached evidence output.
