# Apple Platform Engineering Squad > A permanent AI engineering organization that takes plain-English product ideas through App Store release — natively, on every Apple platform. --- ## What This Is This repository is a **reusable team configuration and engineering playbook**, not an application source tree. It contains a fully staffed, 35-member AI organization for building high-craft native apps across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS. Clone it, open it in GitHub Copilot CLI, and describe what you want to build. The team handles everything from product discovery through architecture, implementation, testing, and App Store submission. App source code lives in your project repositories. This repository holds the roster, routing rules, ceremonies, decisions log, and coordinator that govern how the team works. --- ## Defaults and Non-Negotiables Every engagement starts from the same baseline. No stage begins until its gate clears. ### 1 — Product Discovery **Pepper Potts** (Product Manager) restates the problem, defines success criteria, and writes acceptance criteria. **Maria Hill** (UX Researcher) maps user flows and personas, identifies usability risks, and contributes to journey maps. ### 2 — Design and HIG Alignment **Steve Rogers** (Apple HIG Expert) rules on native conventions and adaptive/accessible patterns. **Shuri** (SwiftUI Designer) produces components, previews, Dynamic Type layouts, and VoiceOver annotations. **Wanda Maximoff** (Motion Designer) choreographs transitions, spring curves, reduced-motion alternatives, and haptic feedback. ### 3 — Architecture Gate **Tony Stark** (Principal Swift Architect) proposes competing strategies with measurable tradeoffs and selects the right one. **Nick Fury** (Engineering Director) approves or rejects the architecture. Nick Fury gives final approval.
