Calf Raises
Push up onto the balls of the feet (point the ankles) and lower back down, on a
loop, lifting root.y slightly on the way up.
How
- Down (flat):
*Foot:[90,0,0] (rest), root.y:0.
- Up (on toes):
*Foot:[55,0,0] (X below 90 = toes down / heels up), root.y:0.08.
- Keep legs straight and the body tall; loop.
